Our Return/Refund Policy:
Returns:
We accept returns for Damaged or Wrong Items. Custom Orders are subject to Limited Return options based
on product errors beyond customer order specs.
Returns must be made in the original shipping box and packed as shipped to protect the item.
Returns for Damage must be claimed within 2 days of receipt.
Returns for wrong item received must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds:
Refunds on standard stock items are available within 1 week of receipt and must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Refunds on Custom Ordered Items must be made prior to starting Production.
Refunds of 50% of any Custom Ordered item can be made 1 day after Production Start date Notification.
No Refunds on Custom Order items once Production has started and or item is shipped.
Damaged Custom Ordered items will be repaired or replaced based on our decision.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with your credit card terms.
